R.O.E. Academy
R.O.E. Academy is our free, cohort-based program for rising 6th graders running September through March. Scholars meet 2 Saturdays per month for hands-on learning and field experiences, with weekly virtual check-ins to stay connected and accountable.

- Limited to ~15 scholars per cohort
2nd Annual Back to School Bash
Our biggest community event of the summer returns! Free school supplies, backpacks, food, live entertainment, and resources for families. Last year we served hundreds of families — this year we are going even bigger.
R.O.E. Academy — Fall 2026 Cohort
A free, cohort-based program for rising 6th graders in Memphis. STEM workshops, field trips, leadership development, and real-world experiences — 2 Saturdays per month from September through March. Limited to ~15 scholars.
Meet the Founder
Diamon' M. Thomas is an experienced educator and community leader who founded Rich Off Education to ensure that every middle school student in Memphis has access to the experiences, mentorship, and opportunities that shape confident, capable leaders.
With over a decade of experience in education and youth development, Diamon' created R.O.E. Academy, developed the ROOTS Curriculum, and built a growing organization that has already reached more than 70 students and hosted 7 community events — all within its first two years.
Her vision is simple but powerful: every young person deserves an opportunity to learn, explore, and grow — regardless of their zip code or family income.

Volunteer with us monthly as we work to keep our community clean, safe, and thriving. Every 2nd Saturday, 10 AM – 11 AM at Marquette Park, Memphis, TN. All ages welcome.
